We would like to announce the availability of new enhanced Settlement Price file to CME Clearing Firms on CME�s FTP server.  Two new versions, Early and End-of-day files are in production in parallel with the original file.  The files are currently published on several firms' folders on CME�s FTP server.  File names are as follows, where xxx is the firm's clearing number:

fxxx.cmedata.estl.test  --  early Settlement Price File

fxxx.cmedata.fstl.test  --  End- of-day Settlement Price

The enhanced Price File will only be routed to those firms and service bureaus that currently use the original Settlement Price File for end-of-day processing.  The new file format is identical to the original file, but certain obsolete and unused prices have been eliminated.  Below is a list of those that were eliminated:

�        Settlement prices for expired products

�        All-or-non products

�        Cash index products

All current users have been contacted and notified of the new file availability and have been testing the file.  We are asking those firms & service bureaus to start using the enhanced files in production.  In the near future we will discontinue the original file.  We will notify you before we discontinue it.
